Who am I?
G'Day! My name is Josh, and I'm a Gameplay Engineer from Sydney, Australia. I've always had a love for video games, ever since I started playing back when I was 6 years old. And when I was older, I discovered the wonderful and challenging world of coding. So, combining these two passions of mine was the obvious choice.During my time in the Games Industry, I've worked with teams to help bring ideas to life - developing content and new features for players to enjoy. My creativity, critical-thinking, and love of puzzles, allows me to come up with creative, and unique solutions to challenging problems.I've had the opportunity to work alongside some incredibly talented people, who I have learnt so much from - and not just engineers, but designers, QA testers, and artists too. This has given me a broader understanding of the different views people have for making games, and allows me to provide a unique perspective on the entire development process.I'm someone who has always particlarly loved games with beautiful stories and memorable moments, because of the impact they have had on me. And I aim to help players create the same experiences and memories, just like the ones I treasure so dearly, through the games I help create and bring to life.
